Albert's background at NautaDutilh gives him particular expertise in the field of Corporate Employment Law. This means advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Albert naturally also has extensive experience in all areas of employment law including (collective) dismissal law, co-determination law (including assisting works councils), collective employment law, platform work, (international) posting of workers, whistleblowers and cross-border behavior.
