As a lawyer, Albert van der Kolk focuses on advising and litigating in the areas of employment law, pension law and data protection law.

Albert's background at NautaDutilh gives him particular expertise in the field of Corporate Employment Law. This means advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Albert naturally also has extensive experience in all areas of employment law including (collective) dismissal law, co-determination law (including assisting works councils), collective employment law, platform work, (international) posting of workers, whistleblowers and cross-border behavior.

Albert is a certified pension lawyer. In this capacity he assists major parties, including pension funds and large employers.

Albert advises on the employment aspects of data protection law. Amongst other things, he has a thorough knowledge of data protection legislation.

Miriam Kreulen offers guidance to individual employees, teams and managers when it comes to improving cooperation and communication. Early intervention in the event of a breakdown in cooperation and communication makes most mediations unnecessary. Miriam offers her coaching at all levels in both profit and non-profit organisations. Depending on the issue, she creates a tailor-made trajectory in consultation with her client. 

Albert and Miriam both work on the basis of an hourly rate, but it is also possible to make arrangements on a project basis.
